Prices on Elite BMX Co. webstore are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities, sizes/colors may no longer be available.

In regards to all payments, our catalog prices are in U.S. currency. You may use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, PayPal. Email us if you are interested in paying in another format.

In regards to all promotions, discounts are applied to the lowest-priced item. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts do not apply to taxes and gift cards. The promotion is valid for a single purchase.

Free shipping promotions are applicable to ground orders only in the continental US. Overweight, oversized, and hazardous item charges still apply.

Elite BMX Co. believes all information is accurate as of its publication date; such information is subject to change without notice. Elite BMX Co. does not warrant nor guarantee the accuracy of such information. Elite BMX Co. is not responsible for any inadvertent errors.

Elite BMX Warranty Policy

All Elite BMX forks and frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. The warranty ensures that the material and workmanship of the frames and forks are free from defaults upon delivery of the bicycle. The warranty does not cover other bicycle components; unfortunately, pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of normal wear and tear and cannot be covered. The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle, and proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.

All warranty items must be sent to our HQ, and the owner is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

The specific warranty covering your Elite bicycle is governed by the law of the state or country. It was purchased and applied only to bicycles purchased from Authorized Elite BMX Retailers or directly from elitebmxbikes.com.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
Any damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, custom alterations, modifications, accidents, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.

The following items are NOT covered by the warranty: Wheels, tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, cranks, chains, pedals, cables, etc. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear and are not covered.

DISCLOSURE - ASSEMBLY POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
All bikes purchased through Elite BMX MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be void.

NOTE: PLEASE TIGHTEN YOUR LOCKRINGS, CRANKS, PEDALS, ETC. BEFORE & AFTER EVERY RIDE. Stripped threads, cranks, pedals, etc. are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by warranty.
