Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns:
Elite BMX Bikes accepts returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a standard return, the product must be in its original condition—new, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging and retail labels intact.

Order Fulfillment:
Orders, including At Warehouse Pick-Up Orders, are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Fraud Prevention:
To ensure the security of transactions, additional screening may be conducted for orders flagged by our processing system or identified by our support team. If an order is flagged as high risk for fraud, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. If you believe your order was refunded in error, please contact our support team for assistance.
